3 Stage Filter System

The three-stage filtration system consists of two bag filter systems and one micro membrane filter system.

The unfiltered material will enter the bag filter of the first and second steps from the feed port. The filter bag is supported by a stainless steel inner mesh inside the filter. The liquid flows in from the inlet and flows out after being filtered by the filter bag. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag.

The liquid filtered by the bag filter will enter the micro membrane membrane filter for the third step of filtration. The filter is a cylindrical cylindrical structure, made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, and uses a pleated filter element as a filter element, which can filter out particles above 0.1 μm in liquid.

 1.Bag filter

The bag filter is a pressure filter device, which mainly consists of a filter cylinder body, a filter cylinder cover, a quick-opening mechanism, a stainless steel filter bag reinforcing mesh and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bag is installed in the reinforced mesh basket, and the qualified filtrate can be obtained after the liquid penetrates the filter bag of the required fineness grade, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag.

1) The probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, which effectively guarantees the filtration quality.

2) Bag filter can carry larger working pressure, small pressure loss, low operating cost and obvious energy saving effect.

3) The filtration precision of the filter bag has been continuously improved and has reached 0.5μm.

2.Micro membrane filter

Micro membrane filter is a new type of filter equipment developed at home and abroad. It can filter out particles and bacteria above 0.1um in liquid. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, fast transition speed, less adsorption, no medium shedding, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and convenient operation.

Stainless steel micro membrane filter is composed of folded micro membran filter element and stainless steel outer cylinder. It is equipped with single-core or multi-core filter element. convenient. The inner surface of the filter is mirror polished (roughness Ra≤0.28μm), no sanitary dead corners, and meets the requirements of "FDA" and "GMP"

The micro membran filter is divided into chemical grade and food grade. The food grade must be manufactured according to FDA standards. Its characteristics are small size, light weight, convenient use, large filtering area, low clogging rate, fast filtering speed, no pollution, good thermal dilution stability and chemical stability.

This series of stainless steel micro membran filters can filter out most of the particles, so it is widely used in fine filtration and sterilization processes.
