Description:
West Tune 200L Falling film evaporator is industrial machine that use evaporation and condensation under vacuum conditions in order to reclaim and save the used solvent. It can recovery 97.5% ethanol. (1 set FFE-200L ≈10 sets 50L rotary evaporator)
Features:
1.Uniform heating: designed vertical evenly-distributed heating tubes with a concentrically arranged centrifugal separator to make it perfect for uniform heating
2.Double higher condensation efficiency:plate heat exchanger for higher condensation efficiency
3.Continuous feeding and charging: realizing continuous feeding and discharging by 3 centrifugal pumps.
4.Real time monitoring: 1 vacuum gauges, 1 thermometer and 1 flowmeter operate together for monitoring the vacuum level, temperature and feeding speed real time.
